Meet my twin...

Well, not really. But we were that tight back at Irving High in 'our day'! Steph is one of those girlfriends I can count on my fingers that knows everything about me, loves me anyway and we can go for months and months and not talk....and catch right back up when we see each other. She still has her infectious laugh (for those of you wondering) and now she is surrounded by a loving group of boys! I was so excited to finally get an open spot in our schedules to shoot their family pics.

Steph and Lance, I love you guys and can't wait to show you the rest of these. For the time being, enjoy this small handful!

Back for more!

This family is special to me for many reasons. The mom and I met at our St VIncent mommy and me group last fall. She actually booked me through a mutual friend (thanks Heather!!) after looking at my website. It wasn't until afterwards that we met face to face and became instant friends. You know those people who you genuinely like right off the bat? Well, that is this mom! This is their second shoot with me so far. We did the inlaws and the whole bunch last November on a COLD day. And today actually took us five times to get in sync with the weather for their spring shoot. I think we hit the jackpot finally! C, you need a book of this shoot. I wanted to blog about 5 more..but I knew I should stop at 8! haha Can't wait to share your personal gallery with you. There were so many good ones. Your boys are extremely well mannered...well, except for the big one (he kept scaling the walls). :)
Love you, my dear friend! Thank you for your patience.

......and no, this next one wasn't staged. I just saw my shot! How cute are they!?!

United Dance & Cheer (group five)

Here they are...the final sneak peeks at some of the United dancers and cheerleaders! I have one or two more United shoots in June, but for now...I am focusing on editing your personal galleries along with finishing up another memorable event from last weekend...prom. Thank you for your patience and trust in PS and United to bring you unique and awesome recital pictures this year! The girls were excellent to work with and the costumes popped!

The best part of this next shot is little 'M' is a ham! But, artistically I couldn't resist it when she was playing shy. I want my pictures to tell a story...this one could go so many ways! Thanks 'M' for one for the 'take two' section on my website!

United Dance & Cheer (group four)

Here are the last girls from Saturday's sessions. I enjoyed seeing some of you at the studio on Thursday. It makes my heart smile when a mom is in love with pictures of her little miracle. Enjoy your viewing....more to come!

United Dance & Cheer (group three)

If you are just checking in and looking for your sweet child, scroll down and see the posts of group one and two as well. I still have two more groups to post by this weekend! I am having a blast looking through all the pictures, can't wait to share them with you in your personal gallery!

United Dance & Cheer (group two)

Here are a few samples from the 2nd group of United Dance and Cheer. These are the girls from early Saturday am (a little drizzle, but the rain held out). We had 29 show up for their appointments, so I am breaking them up in groups for your viewing. Plus, I am sure the blog has a limit per post! :) Enjoy...more to come!

Prom 09!

Do you remember Molly's bf, Clare? I blogged her a few weeks ago in one of the mini sessions. Well, this is Clare's big sister, Emily and her bf's since her early elementary years. These girls brought back memories for me of my fun prom night with my friends. But, it also reminded me that Molly and Clare will be here all too quickly.

Now, I have to admit..I NEVER looked this good. These girls were out of a magazine. And, I would have kept snapping pictures, but they had to get to the party. Thanks again for inviting me to pick some peaches off of your backyard tree. That was a first, creative fee AND peaches! haha Enjoy you peek at just a few of the pictures.
